Handcrafted or fabric products may also have minor variations that are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. Orders
An order placed through our website is subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided by you.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

If an order is cancelled by The Rani after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to the circumstances of the cancellation.

Orders are generally delivered within 7–14 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to the destination, logistics partner, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
The Rani is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Delivery & Parcel Opening Video
Customers are strongly required to record a continuous, unedited parcel-opening video when receiving their order.
The video should clearly show:

The sealed parcel before opening.

The shipping label and order details.

The complete opening of the parcel.

The products and their condition immediately after opening.
The parcel-opening video may be required to verify claims relating to missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective products.
Claims without appropriate opening-video evidence may not be accepted.
7. Returns, Refunds & Size Changes
The Rani follows a no-return and no-refund policy.
Products cannot be returned for a refund.
Only an eligible size change may be considered, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the website, including photographs, product images, graphics, logos, text, designs, and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to The Rani and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
