Orders may take longer than the estimated timeline due to:

  • Logistics or courier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

The Rani is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it may be shared with the customer through the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

Customers are requested to use the tracking information to monitor their shipment.

4. Parcel Inspection & Opening Video

Customers must record a continuous, unedited parcel-opening video from the moment the sealed package is visible until the product has been completely removed and inspected.

The video should clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the package before opening.

This video may be required in case of claims involving:

  • Missing items

  • Wrong products

  • Damaged products

  • Manufacturing or product defects

Claims may not be accepted without appropriate parcel-opening video evidence.

5. Delivery Issues

If you receive a parcel that appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please record the condition of the parcel before opening it and contact The Rani as soon as possible.

Any issue with the order should be reported promptly along with the required parcel-opening video.
